Block District Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to Block District (the “Game”), published by Mehmet Can Bil Karamalli (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Contact carettax@carettax.com with questions.

For downloads from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a custom license is provided in the App Store. These Terms add Game-specific rules without limiting rights you have under that agreement or applicable law. The terms of the store and device platform you use also apply.

Playing and saving

You may play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not use cheats or modified clients to obtain coins, lives, rewards, or other advantages; interfere with the Game or its services; or violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

The Game saves progress on your device. Optional cloud saving is available through a compatible platform account. Check the cloud-save status in Settings before relying on a backup. Uninstalling the Game, changing devices or accounts, or losing access to a platform service may affect your ability to recover progress. Lives and their refill timer are stored on the device rather than in the cloud save.

We may update levels, mechanics, rewards, and the Game’s appearance. We aim to preserve legitimate progress across supported updates, but cannot guarantee recovery of every unfinished attempt or interruption.

Coins, rewards, and purchases

Coins, lives, power-ups, and rewards are for use within the Game. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred to another person or game. Reward availability and conditions are shown in the Game. A rewarded-ad benefit is granted only after the ad provider confirms completion. We may correct duplicate or erroneous grants when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable consumer rights.

The Game offers a one-time Remove Ads purchase through the Apple App Store. Its price is shown by the store before you confirm payment. Remove Ads stops automatic ads between levels; optional ads that you choose to watch for rewards remain available. You can use Restore Purchases in the Shop to restore an eligible purchase on an account that owns it. Purchases, cancellations, and refunds are handled under the platform store’s rules and applicable consumer law.

Advertisements and services

The Game may show ads. Rewarded ads are optional, and ad availability can vary with connectivity, region, consent choices, and provider availability. Third-party ads may open other sites or apps with their own terms and privacy practices. Platform services for downloads, purchases, and cloud saving also have their own terms and availability.

Ownership and availability

The Game’s software, artwork, audio, and other content are owned by or licensed to us, subject to third-party rights. You may not reproduce or distribute them except as allowed by the applicable store license or law.

We work to keep the Game functioning, but bugs, device limitations, network issues, or platform-service changes may affect it. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms as the Game or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Game.
